Moving is hard enough. Cleaning an empty home is the part nobody wants to do at the end of an exhausting week. Our move in or move out service is a full property reset designed for empty homes, with attention to the things landlords, property managers, and inspectors actually check.
We follow one of the most thorough move in / move out checklists in Williamson County. Inside every cabinet and drawer, degreased range hoods and filters, scrubbed grout, polished hardware, sanitized high touch points, walls spot cleaned. Optional add ons take it further: inside the fridge and freezer, inside the oven, inside the microwave.
If you are moving in, we'll have the home ready before your boxes hit the floor. If you are moving out, schedule us once the moving truck has cleared the house. Pricing is flat rate based on square footage.

- Clean inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers
- Clean and disinfect all countertops, surfaces, and backsplash
- Degrease stovetop, range hood, and filters
- Clean sinks and faucets
- Wipe and polish all hardware and handles
- Clean fridge and oven outside and surfaces
- Wipe all kitchen baseboards
- Vacuum and mop behind and under movable appliances (fridge, oven)
- Deep clean inside refrigerator and freezer (optional add on)
- Deep clean inside oven (optional add on)
- Deep clean inside microwave (optional add on)
Bathrooms
- Scrub and disinfect shower, bathtub, tiles, and grout
- Clean and disinfect toilet (inside, outside, and behind the base)
- Clean vanity, sinks, mirrors, and faucets
- Clean inside and outside of bathroom cabinets and drawers
- Remove soap scum, hard water stains, and mildew
- Wipe and spot clean stains on walls
- Sweep and mop floor, including baseboards
Bedrooms and Living Areas
- Dust all surfaces: shelves, ledges, vents, light fixtures, ceiling fans
- Wipe doors, door frames, handles, and light switches
- Vacuum and edge carpets, or sweep and mop floors
- Wipe baseboards and trim
- Clean closets inside, including shelves and rods
General / Whole Home
- Remove cobwebs from ceilings and corners
- Wipe down walls where needed (spot clean)
- Sanitize high touch points: knobs, switches, railings, thermostats
- Empty trash bins
- Interior window cleaning (optional add on)
What's not included
- Carpet shampooing or steam cleaning
- Wall painting or touch ups
- Heavy debris or trash haul away
- Garage, yard, or patio cleaning
- Biohazards, pest, or mold remediation
